How does a performance work?
Listen.
The initial interviews are with the project leader. Then, together, we identify key individuals to interview to gain a comprehensive understanding of what makes your company unique. The deliverable of this first phase is a map of current operating methods surrounding digital adoption and strategy: who decides what, where and how interdepartmental conflicts are resolved, how best practices regarding tools are identified and shared, and so on.
In this phase, Hermedis organizes, manages and produces the expected deliverables.
Propose.
Based on this diagnosis, the critical points requiring modification to align the organization's operations with the adoption process are identified, and proposed changes are developed with the relevant teams. The execution of this step is key to the overall success, as it's the moment when teams and managers take ownership of the approach, understand its underlying principles, and can then leverage its benefits.
This phase is also being led by Hermedis.
Build.
Once the proposed organizational structure and operating methods have been approved, the next step is implementation. This requires flexibility to adapt to different contexts and perseverance to overcome challenges.
In this phase, leadership is shared between the client and Hermedis.
Operate.
The defined organizations must now be operational, the processes implemented, and managing this phase is the client's responsibility. However, Hermedis can support you during this phase by facilitating networks and user communities, and even managing governance.
